Witness Subpoena:
A witness subpoena is the process by which the court commands a witness to appear and give testimony. Parties must file the form in the Clerk's Office.
Subpoena Duces Tecum:
A subpoena duces tecum is the process by which the court, at the request of a party to an action, commands a witness to produce certain documentary evidence or tangible objects pertinent to the proceedings. Parties must prepare their own subpoena duces tecum and file it in the Clerk's Office.
